Massey Knakal was one of New York City's largest investment-sales brokerages. The brokerage operated under a relatively novel territory system, dividing the city into nearly 50 different geographic areas that brokers in each then focused on. Cushman & Wakefield acquired the firm in late 2014 for approximately $100 million.

One of the largest and most successful commercial real estate firms in New York for over 20 years, Massey Knakal’s identity needed to be updated that better reflected its status in the market. Informed by the straight talk of the city the brand is both stately and assertive.
